The Dutch multinational AkzoNobel is the market leader in decorative paints. Solar developed several special projects for their corporate communications department, including the ‘AkzoNobel History’ book, which provides a historical review of the company since 1773, as well as a book encompassing an informal overview of CEO Hans Wijers’ decade at the head of the Dutch company, entitled ‘Hans’ Journey’. Solar Initiative also designed an internal identity for the communication platform Transform, communicating the merger between ICI and AkzoNobel.
